Coach Development:

The RFU has transformed coach development over the past decade. There is a fantastic pathway of courses that can support you in your development to ensure you stay one-step-ahead of the children as they advance their skills in a rapidly changing game.  When you join as a ‘Mini’s coach, the courses you should first do are: “Rugby Ready” and the appropriate “Kids First” course.

Please see:

Courses can be booked at:

Refereeing:

High quality refereeing is essential to high-quality enjoyable rugby and player safety.  Being a better referee will make you a better coach and having well trained referees routinely available will make our children better players.  Please, please consider following the referee pathway instead of, or in addition to, the coach pathway.  See: http://www.englandrugby.com/my-rugby/referees/
